A Soft-Tissue, Muscle & Skin Therapy Treatment Session Plan may consist Solely or in Combination of Myofascial Release (MFR), Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT), Deep Tissue, Sports, Trigger Point/Tender Point and Swedish Massage techniques. Treatments may include Range of Motion (ROM) and/or Active Isolated Stretching (AIS)-Mattes Method.
